Dragon fruit red flesh – frozen pieces

Description

We separate the flesh of the red dragon fruit from the peel then cut it into pieces and freeze it here in the UK.

We use about 3 average size red dragon fruit to make one 500g box of frozen pieces.

They’re perfect for adding to your cocktails, smoothies, fruit salads and desserts.

The frozen pieces tastes like fresh red dragon fruit and retain their nutritional goodness. They are frozen when the fruits are at peak ripeness.

Red dragon fruit offers an array of health benefits. They are a good source of magnesium and contain beneficial plant compounds like polyphenols, carotenoids and betacyanins.
