Banana – burro (dried)

Description

The burro banana is occasionally sold under the name chunky banana as it is stubbier and more of a square shape than the common banana. Some are even completely triangular!

We have simply sliced and dehydrated the burro bananas, nothing added. Once dehydrated, the burro banana slices have a texture between chewy and crispy.

1 to 2 fresh burro bananas are used to make our 40g packets. 20 to 25 fresh burro bananas are used to make our 600g packets.
