Scotch bonnet

Description

Scotch bonnet are a variety of chilli pepper. They have a heat rating of 100,000–350,000 Scoville units, many people will find them too hot to eat by themselves, but prefer to add a small quantity to their cooking.

The Scotch bonnets are ubiquitous in West Africa and a common ingredient in many cuisines from that region.

The average weight of our Scotch bonnet is 14g per fruit however please note this is an average and it may vary.
