Lulo frozen pulp

Description

Our frozen lulo pulp is the flesh of ripe lulo fruits frozen in a container or vacuum bag.

Pure, natural and healthy! Simply mix with water or milk. Add a natural sweetener if desired.

Ripe lulo look like an orange on the outside and a tomato on the inside. They have a citrus flavour, sometimes described as a combination of rhubarb, pineapple, kiwi and lime. The juice of the lulo is green and is often used for a drink called lulada.
Lulo have rich aroma with sour notes.

The fruit is a good source of vitamin C.
