Our primo fiore lemons are abundant in juice and high in acidity levels.

This citrus comes from the first flowering and has an elliptical shape and a medium size. Its skin is a very light yellow color and its abundant juice is characterized by a high acidity.

What distinguishes it from other citrus fruits is its very intense flavor and its decidedly acid pulp. The ripening of the fruit begins at the end of October and lasts until the first days of April.
