Jackfruit has a tropical flavour compared to a combination of many other sweet fruits including pineapple, banana and mango.

The flesh of this variety has a mild to medium level of sweetness. It’s firm and slightly crunchy with little to no juice.

It has a distinctive, sweet and fruity aroma.
