Dragon fruit white flesh – fresh and frozen

Description

Dragon fruit are spectacularly beautiful. The fuschia-pink peel is covered by sporadic green tipped scales and the striking white flesh inside is dotted with countless edible black seeds.

The flavour is slightly sweet and refreshing, somewhat like melon and kiwi, in texture and taste.

Dragon fruit are rich in vitamin c and dietary fibre.

To produce our frozen dragon fruit cubes, we separate the flesh of the white dragon fruit from the peel then cut it into cubes and freeze it here in the UK. We use about 3 average size white dragon fruit to make one 600g bag of frozen cubes. They’re perfect for adding to your cocktails, smoothies, fruit salads and desserts.
