Coconut – young coconut

Description

Young coconuts are about 6 to 9 months old when they are harvested for their coconut water.

We usually source the nam-hom variety from Thailand which are renowned for their sweet aromatic water and soft tender flesh.

The size of the coconuts varies. There can be anywhere between 350ml to 600ml of nutritious young coconut water inside a single coconut.
