Description
Burmese grapes are small round fruits with a cream coloured peel which is removed before eating. Some fruits taste sweet whilst others are brightly sour and some are even sweet and sour.
The burmese grapes are somewhat similar to long kong, a fruit commonly found in Southeast Asia.
Apart from their sweet-sour taste, Burmese grape is a good source of nutrients, vitamins and minerals. Consuming 100 grams of Burmese grapes offers 55mg of vitamin C, 3.3mg of iron, 10.5g of carbohydrate, 0.7g of protein, 0.3g of total fat and 2mg of Calcium.
