Banana – kappal (dried)

Packed in a 40g packet – Contains kappal, which have been sliced and dehydrated.

Kappal are a medium-sized, short and plump banana. They have a sweet flavour and dense flesh. They are similar to nam wah bananas but a little less moist.

We have simply sliced and dehydrated the kappal, nothing added. Once dehydrated, the kappal have a slightly chewy texture.

Ingredients: 100% kappal.

If stored correctly, the dried kappal will last for a long time, however for best taste, we advise consuming them within 2 months.
