Packed in a 30g packet – Contains one whole yellow pitahaya with skin removed, which has been sliced and dehydrated.

The Yellow Pitahaya has a bright yellow thick scaly skin. They grow on cactus plants and the flowers only bloom at night.

The flesh of the yellow pitahaya is translucent to white and contains many small black edible seeds. The flesh is juicy and sweeter than all other pitahaya varieties. Once dried, the yellow pitahaya has a crisp like texture.

Dried yellow pitahaya make for a very pleasant sweet snack.

We have simply sliced and dehydrated the yellow pitahaya, nothing added.

Ingredients: 100% yellow pitahaya.

If stored correctly, the dried yellow pitahaya slices will last for a long time, however for best taste, we advise consuming them within 2 months.
