Mango – sugar

Description

A baby variety of Mango from Colombia which once ripe, are delightfully sweet. Hence the name, ‘sugar mango’.

Unusually for mangoes, the skin of Sugar mangoes is often eaten as it is thin and has little flavour so doesn’t deract from the delicious flesh.

Sugar mangoes have little to no fibre, and any fibre that is present is attached to the central stone and not within the flesh
