Mango pulp with juice – frozen

Description

Our mango pulp mix is made from various varieties of ripe mango. The flesh is separated from the skin and central seed. It’s intended to be used to make mango puree, mango juice or mango smoothies, ice cream, sorbet and mousses etc.

Due to the soft texture, and small to medium sized rough cut pieces this product is not intended to be eaten out of hand. It’s optimal for processing and adding a sweet, natural mango flavour to your food and drink creations.
