Description
Green mangoes are a young unripe mango. They’re sour and crunchy and best eaten as a snack with some salt and/or chilli.
They can also be pickled and eaten with curries and other spicy foods.
Green mangoes are healthy to eat, they’re rich in fibre content, and have almost zero sugar content. They also contain a high quantity of essential vitamins, including vitamins C, and many other nutrients.
