Honey tangerine

Description

Available in the winter months, honey tangerines are small citrus fruits which grow into a flattened oval shape. The thin, pale orange peel has a pebbled texture which makes them stand out from other varieties.

The peel, which is loosely attached and easy to peel, is rich in natural oils which give off a flavourful aroma.

The juicy flesh, as you may guess, is sweet with notes of honey.
