Ditakh drink

Description

200ml glass bottle

Ditakh fruit grows on a tree which reaches up to 40m in height.

The fruit has a large stone covered with dry, green fibrous flesh. It’s eaten directly, but also is made into sherbets, juices, marmalades or dried like dates. The flavour of Ditakh is somewhat similar to kiwi fruit but more aromatic and with a slight bitter after taste.

Ditakh has a higher vitamin C content than oranges and also contains calcium, phosphorus and easily digestible sugars.

Ofo flour made from the seeds of the ditakh fruit is often used as a soup thickener.
